MR Audit Group is committed to providing professional online examination proctoring services with clear and transparent terms for cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds.
1. Purpose
This policy describes the conditions for requesting cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds of payments for online examination proctoring services provided by MR Audit Group.
2. Scope
This policy applies to clients, institutions, coordinators, and candidates who purchase and pay for MR Audit Group services directly through authorized channels.
Where an institution or third-party examination provider collects payment directly from a candidate, refund requests for that payment should be directed to the party that collected it, subject to applicable law.
3. Cancellations at Least 48 Hours in Advance
Customers may request a full refund of the amount paid for the proctoring service when MR Audit Group receives the cancellation request at least 48 hours before the scheduled examination start time.
Requests must be emailed to support@mrauditgroup.com and include:
- Customer or candidate name.
- Booking reference or Class ID, if applicable.
- Scheduled examination date and time, including time zone where available.
- Reason for cancellation.
- Payment reference or receipt.
The time the cancellation email is received will be used to determine whether the 48-hour requirement has been met.
4. Cancellations Within 48 Hours
Cancellations received less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time are not automatically eligible for a refund. MR Audit Group may review documented emergencies or exceptional circumstances individually. This does not limit any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
5. Candidate No-Shows
If a candidate fails to attend a scheduled examination, a refund will not be automatic, except where required by law or approved under an applicable exception.
6. Technical Problems
If a verified technical failure attributable to systems or infrastructure under MR Audit Group’s responsibility prevents an examination from taking place or being completed, the customer may request rescheduling at no additional proctoring charge or a refund of the affected proctoring service.
Issues involving the candidate’s internet connection, electricity, computer, camera, or microphone will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Rescheduling
Changes to examination dates or times are subject to operational availability and the examination provider’s rules. Any additional fees will be disclosed before a change is confirmed.
8. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
Duplicate charges, erroneous payments, or incorrect billing amounts may be refunded after the relevant payment records have been verified.
9. Refund Procedure
Submit requests to support@mrauditgroup.com. MR Audit Group will review the information and communicate the outcome. Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method where supported. The time for funds to appear depends on the bank or payment processor.
10. Third-Party Services
MR Audit Group does not guarantee refunds of fees collected by third parties for examinations, certifications, licenses, or educational materials. Those charges are governed by the collecting party’s terms and applicable law.
11. Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or restricts non-waivable rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection law. Mandatory legal requirements take precedence in the event of a conflict.
12. Policy Updates
MR Audit Group may update this policy to reflect legal, operational, or commercial changes. Updates will be published on this website and will not retroactively override legally protected rights under previously agreed terms.
